Instead of heating up the air around you, like a traditional sauna, our in-house infrared sauna allows the heat to go directly to your body including your muscles, skin, and bones. We find our patients see incredible results when adding a sauna session to other treatments such as Chiropractic Adjustments and Cryoskin.

Sweat it Out

Infrared Therapy uses three types of infrared technology, or IR. These are: far IR, mid IR and near IR. They target different areas of the body to support it as a whole.

Because you will sweat, you’ll want to make sure you drink plenty of water before and after your session. This will also support the detoxification process. Nicole or Jennifer can counsel you through starting with the right amount of heat and time so that you see the results that you desire.
